Our North Griffin location is an easy drive from Stockbridge and the surrounding Henry County communities. The most direct route takes you south on I-75, through McDonough, and into Griffin — a straightforward 26-mile drive.

What is Introspective Hypnosis?
Introspective Hypnosis is a healing method developed by Aurelio Mejía and taught by Antonio Sangio — one of its leading practitioners worldwide. Jose Montanez trained and certified directly under Antonio Sangio, and applies this method with every client, whether they come in person from Stockbridge or connect virtually from anywhere in the world.
In a session, the client is guided into a deeply relaxed state — not unconscious, not out of control — where the subconscious becomes accessible. Together, we find the root of whatever is being carried: the origin of the anxiety, the wound behind the grief, the belief that formed in childhood and has been quietly running the show ever since. We address it with compassion, with forgiveness where needed, and release it.

As a result, significant healing can happen in a single session. This doesn't mean every case resolves in one session — some deeper or more layered issues benefit from two or three. However, many clients leave their first session feeling lighter than they have in years. Sometimes decades. Jose will give you an honest assessment of what your process looks like in your first session.

Our office in North Griffin is open to clients from Stockbridge, Henry County, and the greater Atlanta area. The drive down I-75 S is easy and direct. Moreover, for those who prefer to work from home — or who live outside the area entirely — virtual sessions via Zoom are just as effective.
In the spiritual realm there is no time or space in the way we know it. The healing that takes place in a session is not limited by physical distance. If anything, many clients find that they relax more deeply in their own space — and the work goes further as a result.
